Free drop in previews will be run starting Monday 26th October and they will cover:

·         Meet one another in a welcoming and relaxed environment at House Of Prana.

·         Explore simple grounding and breathwork practices.

·         Learn how intention can become a powerful guide for personal growth.

·         Share the story behind Jaroanser Wellbeing and the principles that shape my work.

·         Experience a guided journey designed to encourage reflection, awareness, and insight.

·         Allow time for discussion, questions, and shared experiences within the group.

The Foundational Training has been carefully designed to provide a steady and well-supported progression. Throughout the course you will learn how to:

·         Create and maintain your own ceremonial space with confidence.

·         Develop healthy energetic boundaries.

·         Deepen your journeying practice safely and progressively.

·         Explore different ways of communicating with your spirit guides.

·         Work alongside the four elements and the changing rhythms of nature.

·         Understand the symbolic language that often emerges through visionary experiences.

·         Strengthen your intuitive awareness through practical exercises.

·         Build confidence in interpreting your own experiences.

·         Continue learning through guided home practice and written resources.

·         Receive a dedicated three-hour one-to-one mentoring session.

·         Participate in community drumming circles.

·         Experience ceremonies that deepen your relationship with the land and the natural world.

1 to 1 sessions for Animals and Humans will be tailored through individual and unique needs. Please take advantage of the free 15min Discovery call to start things. All therapies and discussions are under the strictest confidentiality.

Group Sessions will be 2 hours and all activities within this time will be under the safe space I set and hold for the group.
