4 to 8 participants. The Foundational Training has been carefully designed to provide a steady and well-supported progression. Throughout the course you will learn how to: Create and maintain your own ceremonial space with confidence. Develop healthy energetic boundaries. Deepen your journeying practice safely and progressively. Explore different ways of communicating with your spirit guides. Work alongside the four elements and the changing rhythms of nature. Understand the symbolic language that often emerges through visionary experiences. Strengthen your intuitive awareness through practical exercises. Build confidence in interpreting your own experiences. Continue learning through guided home practice and written resources. Combining them all to promote wellbeing and self healing. Receive 2 x 1 hour individual 1 to 1 in person mentoring session. Experience ceremonies that deepen your relationship with the land and the natural world. The emphasis throughout is never on rushing towards an outcome, but on developing trust in your own experience through consistent practice and thoughtful guidance.
